Shenyuan Grape Technology Co Ltd in Zhangjiagang has made the first group of Jiangsu provincial modern agricultural bases for the standardized industrial chain, local media reported.
The foreign trade value of Zhangjiagang rose 17.8 percent year-on-year to 241.72 billion yuan ($33.25 billion) in the first three quarters of this year.
A demonstration base for modern agricultural technology located in the Changyinsha Modern Agriculture Demonstration Park in Zhangjiagang has been producing 6,000 metric tons of fruits and vegetables per year.
