Jiangsu province has recently released its 2025 list of digital consumption innovation scenarios, with three projects from Zhangjiagang making the cut.  Focusing on industrial manufacturing, healthcare, and cultural entertainment, the selected projects showcase the city's strong momentum in integrating digital technologies with the real economy.

Two Zhangjiagang projects were included in the "AI+ Consumption Scenarios" category.

The first is the Intelligent One-Stop Scrap Steel Management System developed by Jiangsu Shagang High-Tech Information Technology. Designed to address challenges such as long supply chains, scattered data, and low manual processing efficiency, the system integrates forecasting, port confirmation, grading, display, and early warning functions. It covers 19 port locations and captures 20 to 40 images for each truckload to determine the final grade, achieving an accuracy rate of over 96 percent and helping the company save approximately 1.5 million yuan ($210,886.53) annually.

The second is the DeepSeek Chronic Disease Cloud Brain developed by Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital. By integrating medical knowledge with local patient data, the system creates a full-process "in-hospital + out-of-hospital" chronic disease management model, boosting follow-up coverage to more than 90 percent.

In the digital culture and tourism category, Suzhou Ciyuan Technology Service was recognized for its MOJOY interactive short drama and cultural tourism platform. With Artificial Intelligence Generative Content (AIGC), the platform uses text-to-video technology to reduce content creation costs, while its self-developed lip-sync AI dubbing solution delivers a highly personalized interactive experience. It supports multi-terminal access and online-offline integration. The first production generated over one million topic views across platforms, quickly attracting more than 700,000 users.
