Tuolu cake

Fenghuang tofu

Shazhou Youhuang yellow wine

Chrysanthemum Wine

Dating back to the Southern Song Dynasty (1127–1279), the Heyang area of Zhangjiagang was famous for its chrysanthemum wine. Brewed with local japonica rice, glutinous rice, and wild chrysanthemums, it offers a sweet and refreshing taste, with every sip transporting you back to the ancient taverns of a thousand years ago.
