Jiangsu New Victor Industrial Co, based in Zhangjiagang, has become a global leader in welded pipe equipment, with over 90 percent of its products exported to more than 60 Belt and Road countries.
The company adopts a "one client, one strategy" approach, providing customized solutions and end-to-end turnkey services, winning the trust of clients worldwide. "About 70 percent of our Belt and Road clients are from the Middle East, Arab, and Muslim regions," said sales director Lin Jing. "We've set up rest areas and prayer rooms at our factory to show our respect and sincerity."
In the factory, workers are busy assembling a rapid roll-changing system tailored to the Vietnamese market. "This system reduces roll change time from 3–4 hours to just 30 minutes," said chief engineer Yang Guangyao. "It has been very well received in Southeast Asia and Africa, with over 30 lines shipped to Southeast Asia and nearly 20 to Africa."
New Victor's turnkey service covers everything from pre-sale auxiliary equipment consultation to installation, commissioning, and full post-sale material support. "Last year, we delivered a 12-machine project in just five months — far faster than the industry average," said Yu Yunjyu, sales manager for Southeast Asia.
Chairman Huang Renbao shared that a Yemeni client who purchased two production lines in 2015 has since become the company's "brand ambassador" overseas, accounting for over 60 percent of orders via referrals. In one case, after resolving a customer's equipment issue onsite, New Victor's team helped the client boost output by 15 percent, leading to follow-up purchases exceeding 40 million yuan ($5.57 million) within two years.
With offices in Iran, Ethiopia, and Russia — and plans to expand further in key Belt and Road markets — New Victor is accelerating the buildout of a global service network, reinforcing its services worldwide.
