With a planned area of 29.66 square kilometers, the zone leverages its strategic location and port-side resources to accelerate the growth of key industries under its "3+N" cluster development model, focusing on new materials, new energy, and new medical sectors, alongside emerging industries.
Thanks to this targeted approach, the development zone has emerged as a frontrunner among its peers regarding economic strength, industrial agglomeration, openness, and innovation capacity.
