Jiangsu Guofu Hydrogen Energy Equipment Co, located in Zhangjiagang, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Germany's Wankel Aviation GmbH on Feb 10 to jointly develop hydrogen-powered systems and liquid hydrogen application technologies for the low-altitude economy. This collaboration aims to drive green aviation innovation and accelerate the global transition toward zero-carbon flight.

Wankel Aviation, a subsidiary of Wankel Super Tec, specializes in developing and producing Wankel engines and their propulsion systems. By combining Wankel Aviation's high-efficiency propulsion technology with Guofu Hydrogen's expertise in hydrogen, the partnership will focus on hydrogen power solutions for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
