With the arrival of autumn and the transformation of fields into a golden hue, the cafes nestled amid the rice paddies in Zhangjiagang have emerged as a popular destination for tourists, injecting vitality into rural life.

Boasting over 10 rural cafes, the seamless integration of coffee culture with the rural landscape in Zhangjiagang allows for the preservation of nostalgia while embracing modernity, enhancing the allure of rural living.

Rural cafes attract tourists to the countryside and serve as a foundation for entrepreneurs looking to establish themselves in rural settings. The increasing convergence of agriculture, culture, and tourism injects fresh vitality into rural vitalization.

In Zhangjiagang's Changyinsha Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park, Sitting in Woods is a countryside camping site. This year, its cafe expanded into the rice paddies, attracting many tourists.

"We are constantly exploring the potential of 'countryside + coffee' to provide visitors with a comprehensive rural experience, vitalizing every facet of rural life," stated Yu Minya, the owner of Sitting in Woods.

"I come from Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, and here I have witnessed the abundant harvests of the 'land of fish and rice', as well as experienced the unique charm of Jiangnan's countryside," said visitor Xu Tianwei.
