Zhangjiagang, a county-level city of Suzhou, ranked third on the 2024 list of China's top 100 counties issued on July 31, underscoring the city's highly recognized development achievements.
The list measures the development level of counties by four indicators – economic development, growth potential, wealth level, and environment preservation.
