The Intangible Cultural Heritage Department of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism recently hosted an intangible cultural heritage-themed fair to celebrate the Chinese New Year, showcasing over 200 national, provincial, and municipal level items. The event attracted tourists from across the country who gathered to experience culinary delights and appreciate traditional craftsmanship.

Among the highlights were Zhangjiagang's renowned chrysanthemum wine and Gaozhuang dried tofu. Hugo Siles, the Bolivian ambassador to China, displayed a keen interest in Chinese culture as he attended the fair during the Spring Festival. He praised the craftsmanship of Zhangjiagang chrysanthemum wine after tasting two cups.
