According to an employee at the maritime safety bureau, the vessel was loaded with 55 natural gas buses, 95 heavy-duty tractors, and goods such as iron rails and steel. The total value of the ship was approximately 150 million yuan ($20.89 million).

"Vehicles and goods started being loaded onto the ship on Jan 16. All terminal operations were completed in just four days. Following safety inspection and confirmation of the shipping plan, we provided escort services to ensure the smooth departure of the vessel," explained Feng Long, a coast guard at the bureau.

The Zhangjiagang maritime safety bureau conducted detailed inspections, including emptying the fuel from the vehicles before loading, fastening fuel stop valves, and ensuring protective measures against short circuits for vehicle batteries to guarantee the vessel's safety during its voyage.
