The 8th China Innovation Challenge (Zhangjiagang) Xi'an Promotion Conference was successfully held in Xi'an, Northwest China's Shaanxi province, on August 8.
Zhangjiagang has hosted the China Innovation Challenge every year since 2021. This unique platform has facilitated precise matchmaking between enterprises and talent.
To date, Zhangjiagang officials have visited a total of 1,139 enterprises and offered their support to more than 240 collaborative projects.
The recently-concluded event unveiled the first list of 45 technological problems, focusing on areas such as new materials, new energy, advanced manufacturing, and automation, which underscores Zhangjiagang's determination in expediting industrial transformation. A group of projects have already signaled their intent to collaborate.
Zhangjiagang will also establish a long-term partnership with the Shaanxi University Technology Transfer Alliance, aiming to facilitate the transfer and commercialization of scientific achievements.
On the same day, an array of outstanding projects covering sectors like semiconductors, next-generation information technology, and high-end equipment manufacturing entered Zhangjiagang's repository.
