The China Telecom Cloud Zhangjiagang Smart Computing Center and Digital Zhangjiagang Experience Center were inaugurated in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, Jiangsu province on May 17.
The smart computing center is a platform that integrates technologies such as computing, storage, and networking. It can support large-scale parallel computing and high-performance computing tasks.
"In addition to hardware, the center also has a complete set of resource management systems. It can support various types of applications, including scientific computing, engineering simulation, data mining, and artificial intelligence," said Qi Zhenhua, deputy general manager of the Zhangjiagang branch of China Telecom, a leading network operator in China.

The over 500-square-meter Digital Zhangjiagang Experience Center is divided into a display area, business negotiation area and network security laboratory, with multiple functions including exhibition, experience, interaction, research, testing and practical training.
"Using cloud control technology, the center can provide many kinds of services, such as training and academic and technological meetings, for governments and companies," Qi said.
