Huayi Tencent Entertainment Co Ltd signed an agreement with the Zhangjiagang High-tech Development Zone, or Tangqiao town, in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, Jiangsu province to locate its healthcare headquarters and its Echartnow project in the zone on April 17.

The company will provide a range of services for the healthcare industry, including digital operating systems, post-marketing drug research, learning and communication tools for doctors, patient management tools, and prescription circulation platforms.
The two projects are expected to generate annual sales of 2.5 billion yuan ($362.55 million) and provide over 500 jobs.
Huayi Tencent Entertainment has been involved in online healthcare services since 2021. Echartnow, a digital service platform developed by the company, generated a revenue of over 500 million yuan in 2022. It is expected to achieve a revenue of 1 billion yuan in 2023.
The Zhangjiagang high-tech zone has been developing medical sectors such as high-value consumables, medical equipment, in vitro diagnostics, and biopharmaceuticals. It is currently home to many leading companies, including Suzhou And Science and Technology Development Corp, Sanray Pharm, and Suzhou Kangli Orthopedics Instrument Co Ltd.
