The fifth Chinese Farmers' Harvest Festival will be celebrated in Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province on Sept 23, officials from the Zhangjiagang bureau of agriculture and rural affairs recently announced.
At the opening ceremony, a variety of activities, including an exhibition of high-quality agricultural products and a live-streaming session to promote their sales, as well as poker games and a tug of war for local farmers, will be held.
Legal consulting and educational activities about laws and regulations related to farmers will also be offered during the festival.
