Several scenic spots in Zhangjiagang, Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province reopened to visitors starting from May 7, after being closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

One of the attractions, the Suzhou Jiangnan Farming Culture Park, is operating at half capacity. Only 6,000 tourists can be let in at once, and they are required to show a green health QR code, green travel code and negative nucleic acid test report, as well as have their temperature taken before entering, according to Xie Yan, deputy director at the company that manages the scenic area.

The park is open from 8 am to 5 pm, and its public spaces are disinfected at least two times every day, said Xie.

The Jiyang Lake Ecological Park is also opening most parts of the area to visitors from 8 am to 6 pm.
