Silverfish-stuffed wontons are one of the store's specialties, and many people come to Beauty Queen to try it.

Silverfish is one of the famous "Three Whites" of Taihu Lake -- the other two are white shrimp and white fish.

Besides the fish, the wontons are also filled with minced shepherd's purse and pork. Take a bite when the wonton is still hot, and its delicate flavour will go straight into your heart via your taste buds.

Various steamed cakes, such as minor cereals cakes, Chinese yam cakes and eight-treasure glutinous rice cakes, are another of the restaurant's specialties.
