Q: I have already applied for the code, and it shows green. Can I return to Wuxi now?

A: All people are allowed to enter Wuxi except those from high-risk and sub-high-risk areas.

Q: I'm not in Wuxi now, and plan to return to Wuxi on Feb. 24. Am I in the category of having a travel history within 14 days? I've already filled in "No" in the system and received my green code, but I am not able to revise it. Will this have an impact on my return?

A: 1. Travel records outside Wuxi within 14 days before arriving in Wuxi are considered as a travel history. 2. Applicants are required to truthfully report relevant information. If concealment and false reports lead to the spread of the epidemic, the applicant will be handled according to law and the behavior will be incorporated into the Social Credit System. Applicants are allowed to revise information in the system once if there is an error in the filled-in declaration information.

Q: How to revise the incorrect registration information?

A: Registration information cannot be revised, please fill in carefully. When the registration information is inconsistent with the declaration information, the system will automatically synchronize with the declaration information. Please check the declaration information carefully to ensure that it is correct. There is one chance to revise declaration information.

Q: The interface of filling in the code is now different from that in previous days. Will this affect people who filled in and submitted it a few days ago?

A: It will not affect it.

Q: Applicants who entrust other people to complete applications still need to fill in their mobile phone number. Can I fill in the mobile phone number for others if they do not have one?

A: Applications for the code for the elderly can be completed by other people. You log in with your mobile phone number and fill in the elderly person’s information, then you will receive the code. If the applicant who entrusts other people to complete an application does not have a mobile phone number, please use the mobile phone number of the people who fill in the information or a mobile phone number that can reach the applicant.

Q: What should I do if the system shows that the submitted information does not match with the registered ID? What should I do if I registered with someone else's (child's) ID card and I can't register my own ID?

A: When the registration information is inconsistent with the declaration information, the system will automatically synchronize with the declaration information. Please check the declaration information carefully to ensure that it is correct. There is one chance to revise declaration information.

Q: The ID cards of my family are in Wuxi, and they do not remember their ID card numbers. Will they be allowed to enter Wuxi?

A: An ID card number must be filled in when registering in the system. If you have forgotten your ID number, please go to the nearest police station to check according to regulations.

Q: How do you apply for the code for people in Wuxi holding Exit-Entry Permits for Travelling to and from Hong Kong and Macao, Mainland Travel Permits for Taiwan Residents, Foreign passports and Foreign Permanent Resident ID cards?

A: People (including foreigners, residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, overseas Chinese) who come to Wuxi for work, study, business, travel or visiting relatives and need to apply for the code should ask their receivers (relatives, friends, colleagues and partners) to register with a Chinese citizen ID number first, and then use the "authorized declaration" to declare for them.
