The Binhu district government recently launched a new service model to help people obtain certificates.

Anybody who wishes to open a restaurant or a veterinary clinic can obtain certificates within a certain timeframe at the specialized service window where they submitted their application materials.

Shi Jiaying, an official from the district's administrative examination and approval authority, said that this means people will no longer have to visit several different government departments or service windows to obtain a certificate.

The reform is part of Binhu's efforts to streamline administrative procedures. "We hope to offer better services and higher efficiency for both people and enterprises," said Shi.
