The first batch of 50,000 sets of tires roll from the production line in China's leading tire manufacturer's Thailand smart factory that Zhongding Logistics Company established for the company.

The smart factory's operation efficiency has been increased by 26 times compared to manual operation, and many local companies are looking forward to cooperating with Zhongding.

Zhongding Logistics is an experienced company in Wuxi, Jiangsu province devoted to establishing smart production lines integrating delivery, storage and sorting and the company has also designed a scheme of delivering products into warehouses via intelligent transportation systems.

Tire factories used to adopt a labor intensive production mode, but such type of production mode cannot be endured much longer, and thus Double Coin Tire Group decided to produce tires with intelligent technologies to reduce costs and increase production efficiency.

Zhang Ke, general manager of Zhongding, said that the export of China's manufacturing industry has changed from products to products, capital plus technologies and it is a good choice for their company to follow such a trend and establish supporting facilities for these export companies.

The buzzing workshops have become a thing of the past while the current workshops only demand a couple of technicians to adjust and control the parameters displayed on the electronic screen. Most of the work is done by industrial robots and transfer machines, according to Weng Zhongjie, deputy general manager of Zhongding.

As the successful running of the Thailand smart workshops, Zhongding Logistics Company has become increasingly more popular at home and abroad.

Over 45 overseas companies showed their cooperation intentions with Zhongding, most of which are leading companies in biomedical, new energy and mechanical industries.
