Cherry trees are regarded as wishing trees. The Cherry-viewing area in the Turtle Head Isle Scenic Spot, with a total of 3,500 wind bells, is divided into three sectors, perhaps for different kinds of wishes: around the Cherry Blossom Valley, Chongshan Hill and the Cherry-viewing Tower.
