The cloud service provider ChinaC in Binhu district of Wuxi recently won the Best Brand award at Cloud Connect China, a global conference of cloud computing.

This is the first time that a global award was given to a Chinese cloud computing enterprise.

According to Xu Guangbin, president and CEO of the company, this year means a lot to ChinaC. In August, ChinaC released its first service standards in the industry. It also released the PaaS Plus platform in September.

The company plans to release the cloud component set and Chinac App Engine online by the end of this year, which will provide application developers with services integrated with application, development and delivery, according to Xu.

ChinaC is the biggest supplier of cloud computing services in China, with 20 data centers in over 15 cities.
