The Liyuan Development Zone in the Binhu district of the city of Wuxi, Jiangsu province has attracted more than 15,000 professional people with its environment, training programs, and policies for hiring more talented people and providing support to enterprises and people in the zone.

The zone currently has some entrepreneur bases with a floor area of 940,000 square meters and several projects in the construction or planning stage and has an industrial design incubator, a creativity industrial park, a national integrated circuit design center, an R&D area one for living and recreation to provide a sound environment for work and living.

The zone also promotes entrepreneur incubators and training bases and wants to attract more research teams and experts by improving its industry-university-research sites with a service center for top people and an entrepreneur park for people returning from oversears.
