Two Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) power modules, collectively weighing 4,000 metric tons, were recently loaded onto a ship at a port in Zhangjiagang and are slated for transport to the Shanghai Free Trade Zone before embarking on their final journey to Brazil.

The 500-million-yuan ($68.76 million) worth of cargo, manufactured by Jiangsu Libert Inc, a local Zhangjiagang enterprise, is part of a FPSO unit which is used for offshore oil and gas field development.

The FPSO is designed to separate oil and gas and treat oil-laden wastewater, as well as store and transport crude oil. As one of the project's suppliers, Libert is responsible for designing and manufacturing five upper modules and other tasks such as pipeline deployment and electrical design.

Libert is a prominent industrial modular manufacturing enterprise and its large-scale equipment is sold in many countries in Europe, America, the Middle East, and Africa.
