Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, is set to host several national sporting events.
The Huachang division of the finals of the 2023 National Women's Volleyball Championship will take place from April 27 to 30 and will feature four top national volleyball teams.
The 2023 China Tennis Association (CTA) Tour CTA200 Zhangjiagang Station, meanwhile, will be held on April 22 and 23 at the Zhangjiagang branch of China Tennis Academy. The tournament is free and open to the public.
The "Yonglian Cup" National Tug-of-War City League Finals will be held on April 21 and 22, with 12 teams and 232 athletes, team leaders, and coaches from across the country participating.
The 22nd National Tug-of-War Championships and the selection tournament for the 2024 TWIF World Indoor Championships will take place from April 22 to 24. The National Tug-of-War Championships are the highest-level competition of their kind in the country. The three-day event will see a total of 19 teams with 362 participants.
