Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in East China's Jiangsu province has created a provincial demonstration area to promote 'all-for-one' tourism and the high-quality development of local tourism.

The city currently has four national 4A-level tourist attractions, three national 3A-level ones and one provincial tourist resort.

Rural tourism has boosted 'all-for-one' tourism in the city. Zhangjiagang is currently the home to one national key rural tourism village and two provincial ones.

One tourism route in Zhangjiagang was recently rated as the national boutique rural tourism route.

Zhangjiagang has also been exploring ways to further develop revolutionary-themed tourism. The pilot of a national revolutionary village is currently underway in Laowei village on Shuangshan Island.

By the end of August, the revolutionary attractions in the city had received nearly 40,000 visitors.

Zhangjiagang has also established three provincial industrial tourism zones. The Shazhouyouhuang mixed use cultural park, which is largely themed on huangjiu (yellow wine) culture, is now a popular attraction in the city.

To aid the development of the tourism industry, Zhangjiagang has also been improving the quality of service and management.

In 2022, Xiangshan scenic spot in the city was rated as the provincial demonstration unit of civilized tourism.
