Jingang sub-district, located in the west of Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province, is home to a number of scenic parks and cultural sites.

Changjiang Village Tulip Park

Changjiang village in Jingang sub-district has been growing tulips for 10 years and the park now has more than 1 million tulip plants. Flowers that have different colors and bloom at different times are gathered together to offer a visual feast to tourists.

Zhangjiagang Riverside Park

The park is situated along the Zhangjiagang River, which was built in 1958 and runs through five counties. The Zhangjiagang section of the river spans 20.2 kilometers.

The park features a 1.8-kilometer walkway for people to exercise. Willow trees are planted on both sides of the river.

Nanhengtao Riverside Park

The park has about 15,000 square meters of green space which has various kinds of trees such as camphor trees, dawn redwoods, cherry trees, and Yulan magnolia trees.

Jingang Cultural Center

Designed by Cui Kai, an academician at the China Academy of Building Research, the center has five venues – a library, an art museum, an archive, a cultural center and a children's palace – which provide a variety of cultural experiences for local residents.

Dongshan village site

Spanning 270,000 square meters, the ruins date back to the Neolithic age. To date, 31 graves and 11 sites of former residence have been discovered at the ruins.
