Zhangjiagang in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province held a tabletop curling competition on Feb 11 to promote the ongoing Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games.

Tabletop curling was developed as an offshoot of curling and has similar rules to the more conventional winter sport. Since 2019 when Zhangjiagang first introduced the sport, it has become popular among locals, especially the middle-aged and elderly.
