The online platform of the nursing home is a nursing home management system that integrates functions such as one-touch calling, emergency calls, service dispatch, and health record management. In addition, smart watches can be used to access to the platform.

With these smart watches, children of senior citizens with disabilities can receive information about their parents such as their current location and heart rates through WeChat. The smart watches can also be used to alert the police should an anomaly occur.

The Zhangjiagang Qinqing Nursing Home started operating in 2013 and includes 108 elder care service companies and social institution offering on-the-spot service.

As of August this year, there had been 109,000 admissions at the Zhangjiagang Qinqing Nursing Home, which has to date served 10.39 million people.

The nursing home provides services including rehabilitation treatment, daily care and housekeeping. Senior citizens simply need to call the service hotline or place an order through WeChat applet to enjoy the service.
