Zhangjiagang in Jiangsu province and Fuping county in Shaanxi province recently signed an agreement to cooperate in administrative affair services.

The cooperation agreement states that more than 200 administrative affairs can be handled in either cities. For example, Zhangjiagang-based companies that plan to invest in Fuping can apply for a business license online without having to travel to the county, and vice versa.

To date, Zhangjiagang has cooperated with 82 cities in the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region on administrative affair service matters.

Moving forward, Zhangjiagang will expand its administrative affair cooperation with more cities in the country.

Presently, Zhangjiagang residents can handle administrative affairs involving social security cards, occupational injury, housing funds, and business licenses anywhere within the province.
