Ultra-high definition video equipment manufacturer Shenzhen Dualshine Industry Co Ltd signed an agreement with the local municipal authorities on Aug 28 to build a manufacturing plant in Zhangjiagang – a county-level city administered by Suzhou, in East China's Jiangsu province – costing $800 million.

The proposed plant will cover an area of 150 mu (10 hectares). The annual output value is projected to be about 3 billion yuan ($463 million) and it will generate annual tax payments of around 300 million yuan.

Dualshine Industry is a manufacturing enterprise focusing on the UHD video industry and is a solution services provider of UHD applications technology.

The group has established 12 branches in countries and regions and owns more than 2,000 patents in the fields of laser optical machinery and liquid crystal display, with a total output value last year of 7.3 billion yuan.
