Hyzon Motors, a subsidiary of Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies, was successfully listed on the Nasdaq in the United States on July 19, making it the first Nasdaq-listed company from Zhangjiagang.


The company was listed on the Nasdaq as a special purpose acquisition company, raising about $600 million in its debut.


Established by Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies in Rochester, New York, the United States in 2020, Hyzon Motors is a global supplier of zero-emissions hydrogen fuel cell powered vehicles. It has established operations in Europe, Singapore, Australia, and China.


Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies was established in Zhangjiagang in January 2011.


Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies has established a complete technology platform for fuel cell core materials, fuel cell systems, and hydrogen storage. It has acquired 53 Chinese patents, including 26 invention patents, as well as seven US patents and four patents from other countries.


The company's Horizon Fuel Cell brand enjoys a good reputation in the international fuel cell industry, and has long served many high-quality customers like Linde, Boeing, NASA, AT&T, as well as the governments of Singapore and South Korea.
