He Xingjuan, a promotional committee member of Shuangshan Xiangshan resort, noted that the place has created ecological restoration sites like Dabodun wetlands in recent years.

In addition, the resort has opened up characteristic tourist routes in an effort to undertake youth development activities. Currently, the resort has an average daily reception of about 500 people. It is a popular site for red history research and education.

The resort actively has applied VR cloud technology to bolster its Party education methods. Red resources in the resort have been made into panoramic videos, so that Party members can see the red scenic spots at home.

Shuangshan Xiangshan resort aims to build a demonstration base for national defense education in Jiangsu province, as well as to further excavate valuable historical resources, creating another red tourism landmark in Zhangjiagang. This project is expected to be completed in mid-June.
