A center specializing in the protection of property rights and the interests of entrepreneurs was built in Zhangjiagang, a county-level city in Suzhou, East China's Jiangsu province on Dec 19.
The center, jointly established by the Zhangjiagang People's Court and the Zhangjiagang Federation of Industry and Commerce, aims to further improve the business environment in Zhangjiagang. The city court also released 10 specific measures to strengthen the protection of property rights and the interests of entrepreneurs on an institutional level.
A law-based management system offers the best business environment possible. The local government will put more effort into creating a sound legal and business environment for private enterprises and protecting their rights and interests in accordance with the law, as well as work to encourage, support, and guide the development of enterprises.
Local authorities said that the Zhangjiagang People's Court set up a professional team to offer legal services to the city's listed enterprises, aiming to promote their high-quality development.
The court also built a research base for intellectual property protection at Aoyang Group and signed a cooperative agreement with the Zhangjiagang Economic and Technological Development Zone, aiming to build a new development model in Zhangjiagang for intellectual property protection.
