The 2020 Macao International Cultural and Art Expo kicked off in Macao on Oct 22 and was attended by nearly 150 Jiangsu enterprises.

The expo featured 330 booths showcasing cultural and artistic Jiangsu products, such as printmaking works, stone and wood carvings, embroidery, ceramics, and dark red enameled pottery.

Since 2016, the expo has been attended by more than 600 enterprises, which have showcased traditional Jiangsu products over the past four years. It is the largest cultural and art exhibition held by Jiangsu province in Macao, and is an important platform for promoting Jiangsu culture to residents of Macao.

Donghai county in Lianyungang, Jiangsu province, which is considered the "home of Chinese folk culture and art", set up a themed exhibition area at the expo allowing visitors to experience local art such as crystal products and paintings.

The expo ran for three days until Oct 24 and consisted of a variety of themed activities. The Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism also promoted 10 routes to visitors interested in touring Jiangsu.
