Dr. Chien Chang-Chao (Qian Changzhao 钱昌照)(1899—1988) was the former leader of the Central Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang.

In 1918, he graduated from Shanghai Pudong Middle School. Thereafter, he went to the London School of Economics and Oxford University. After the Chinese Civil War, he relocated to Beijing and served in the People's Political Consultative Conference with his longtime associate Wang Wenhao.

In 1949, Zhou Enlai invited him back to Beijing to participate in the first plenary session of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC).

After the founding of the People's Republic of China, he served as deputy secretary of the Central Finance Projects Agency, on the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the Bills Committee, and as a member of the Legislative Committee.

In 1988, he died in Beijing.
