Zhangjiagang highlights talent policies at international exchange conference

A Zhangjiagang delegation attended the 16th conference on international exchange of professionals held in Shenzhen, Guangdong province on April 14 to promote Zhangjiagang's incentive talent policies and environment.

The international conference, largest of its kind in China, was co-organized by the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA) and the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government.

More than 4,000 professional organizations, training institutions, higher education institutions,technology companies and human resources consultancies from over 50 countries and regions were invited to this year’s event.

The Zhangjiagang delegation took part in summit forums and exhibitions and held a discussion with overseas talents to promote its innovative startup environment and preferential talent policies.

Zhangjiagang has built close connections with high-end expert projects from the United States, Russia, Switzerland and Japan, covering information technology, eco-environment protection and intelligent agriculture. To date, through this channel, more than 20 projects have expressed their intention of cooperating with Zhangjiagang.

Zhangjiagang will continue to improve services to attract foreign talents to study and work in the city.
