A gala performance featuring music, dancing, witty skits and comedy was held at Zhangjiagang city, Jiangsu province on Feb 4 to celebrate the upcoming lunar New Year.

A local tradition celebrating the Chinese Lunar New Year, the Zhangjiagang Spring Festival Gala has been offering residents a cultural feast since 2007.

This year's show, aiming to further promote the city's distinctive culture and extend season's greetings to the community, was bigger and better than ever before, with a large variety of excellent performances.
