Zhangjiagang Guomao Hotel is located in Zhangjiagang city, a bustling financial, trade and cultural center.

With a total investment of 420 million yuan ($67.4 million), the hotel occupies 5,000 square meters. It was officially opened on Nov 28, 1993. On July 2, 1994, it became a three-star tourist hotel. On Dec 20, 1999, it became a four-star tourist hotel. On Sept 26, 2002, it won the National Tourism Administration award and became a five-star hotel.
