The Third Zhangjiagang Volunteer Artistic Talent Contest wrapped up on Dec 22 offering local residents a dazzling and colorful artistic feast.

More than 200 volunteers from 31 teams participated in the contest and 13 items finally made it to the final competition.

Contestants displayed their skills and passion for colorful forms covering recitation, singing, Chinese crosstalk, musical performances and magic shows. Their stunning performances drew huge applause from the spectators.

Organizers awarded prizes for outstanding performances and winners at the end of the contest. The contest was held aiming to promote the spirit of volunteerism, carry forward the volunteering culture, and to attract more people to join the volunteer career .
