Enterprise application → audit and submit the information to the issuing authorities

• Basic materials and documents

• Report issued by enterprise with seal

• Import contract (copy), copy of handbook, import and export contracts, and the Approval Certificate of Processing Trade Business (copy) are needed

• Fill in the application form for automatic import license for foreign investment enterprise and sealed by the applying unit.

• Documents to bring for the first time: Contract and constitution of foreign investment enterprise (copy), description of practical capacity, valid certificate of approval (copy), business license with eligible mark of annual survey (copy).

• Other materials need to be provided to the approval authority

Time

The licence will be issued within one workday if the materials are complete.
