Wuxi Museum, which opened to the public in 2008, serves as a comprehensive cultural center hosting several distinguished institutions. These include the Wuxi Chinese National Industry and Commerce Museum, the Zhou Huai Min Collection, the Cheng Ji Art Museum, and the Wuxi Stele Museum. The museum adeptly integrates exhibitions, research, and art appreciation, highlighting its essential role in enriching the cultural fabric of the city.

Wuxi Museum currently houses nearly 40,000 cultural relics, including ancient paintings and calligraphy, purple clay teapots, Huishan clay figurines, modern revolutionary relics, and industrial and commercial artifacts. It is especially renowned for its exceptional collection of paintings and calligraphy.

The museum hosts 15 regular exhibitions along with four dedicated sections focused on culture, history, science and technology, and film education. These exhibits highlight the unique local culture of Wuxi and showcase the city's unique charm.
