Resume
Ma Liang, male, Han ethnic group, was born in December 1976. He holds a university degree earned while continuing his employment and is a member of the Communist Party of China.
He currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Wuxi Municipal Committee, head of the United Front Work Department, vice-mayor, and member of the leading Party members group of the Wuxi Municipal People's Government.
