Wuxi Zoo and Taihu Amusement Park is a diverse theme park that combines animal exhibits, science education, conservation efforts outside the park, and tourism activities.
The scenic area is situated against Huishan Mountain, which is surrounded by lush vegetation. It is home to more than 100 wildlife species, including over 1,000 rare animals from around the world. The area features specialized exhibition zones for animals from Africa, herbivores from Asia, primates, predators, and various bird species.
It regularly hosts popular science activities, including giant panda research programs and animal behavior observations. The organization also hosts themed events like open months, providing hands-on experiences such as animal keeper activities and opportunities to play with adorable pets.
