The city Leverkusen, Germany, established a sister city relationship with Wuxi on April 27, 2006.
Located in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, Leverkusen has an area of 80 square kilometers and a population of about 200,000. It has the headquarters of the famous Bayer Company. Apart from Bayer, it is also home to companies such as Akfa and Mazda.
