The 2025 HLA Round Lihu Lake Half Marathon started with a starting gun in Wuxi, Jiangsu province, on Nov 2, drawing 17,000 participants racing through the stunning lakeside scenery.
After intense competition, Chinese athletes Cao Tianxiang and Zhong Jiameng won the men's and women's championships in the race with times of 1 hour 7 minutes 39 seconds and 1 hr 16 mins 30 secs, respectively.
To enhance the experience for all participants, the organizing committee arranged special discounts at nine scenic attractions, including Lingshan Mountain Scenic Area, Nianhuawan Bay, and the Three Kingdoms and Water Margin Theme Park, available from Nov 1 to 3.
