The eighth Forum on Dialogue between the Civilizations of China and Latin America and the Caribbean, or LAC, is set to take place from Sept 11 to 12 in Wuxi, Jiangsu province.
The event will revolve around "mutual learning among civilizations promotes development, and a shared destiny leads us toward the future". About 200 representatives, including ambassadors of Latin American countries in China and those from international organizations, sister cities of China and LAC, think tanks, and media outlets, are expected to participate.
These guests will discuss the development of mutual learning among civilizations through cultural exchanges and innovation and explore economic and trade cooperation. They will also embark on a journey to learn about Wuxi's industrial and education development.
