The Wuxi (Zagreb) Cultural Industry Cooperation and Exchange Conference was held in Zagreb, capital of Croatia, on June 13, bringing together cultural institutions and enterprises from the two cities.
During the conference, Gu Bicheng, vice-president of the Wuxi International Culture Association, highlighted the commonalities between the two regions in terms of culture, landscapes, lifestyles, and cooperation, expressing expectations for deeper cooperation in the cultural industry.

Officials from the Wuxi culture and tourism department focused on the city's diverse cultural and tourism offerings and distinctive travel routes. Representatives from the city's Xinwu district detailed the region's unique cultural industries, emphasizing the advantages and wide-ranging cooperation in areas such as animation IPs and micro-drama production.
Agreements on several cultural industry cooperation projects were signed and implemented on-site, marking a new phase in the collaboration between the two regions. The signed projects cover fields such as collaborative innovation in the cultural industry, joint development of tourism routes, production and operation of animation IPs and micro-dramas, cross-border transactions of intangible cultural heritage and cultural creative products, as well as cooperation in art exhibitions and exchanges.
The Grand Canal - Sava River Cultural Industry Collaborative Innovation Center, symbolizing the close cultural connection and innovative cooperation between the two regions, was inaugurated during the conference.
