The Wuxi Film Berlin Theme Exhibition 2025 was held at the China Cultural Center in Berlin, Germany, on June 7.
In his speech, He Wenbo, the center's deputy director, said that culture is a bridge that transcends borders. This event showcases Wuxi's rich and diverse cultural landscape and vibrant urban spirit. He hopes that the Sino-German friendship will shine brightly through deepening humanistic exchanges.

Zhao Jun, deputy director of the Xinwu district government news office in Wuxi, noted that Wuxi is a city where history and modernity coexist. He extended an invitation to German friends to visit Wuxi for both sightseeing and investment opportunities. Christian Malterer, vice-president of the Mediadesign Hochschule in Germany, expressed his gratitude for the ongoing Sino-German cultural exchanges and optimism about the potential for deepening cooperation with China in more cultural projects.
Wuxi's status as an important film and television base in China and its prominent strengths in the digital film industry were introduced. Guests had the opportunity to view clips from Wuxi-produced films such as Creation of the Gods: Kingdom of Storms and Monster Hunt 2.

The simultaneous Wuxi Film Achievement Exhibition in the center's exhibition hall displayed the city's film industry policies, quality projects, technological explorations, and creation environments.
The event also featured an erhu production craft display and interactive activities. The Wuxi Chinese Orchestra performed classic Chinese folk music pieces such as Jasmine Flower. There were also immersive exhibitions and interactive experience areas for tea ceremonies, showcasing the unique charm of Jiangnan culture.
