The trailer for A Touch of Wuxi, the inaugural season of the micro-documentary series about Wuxi in East China's Jiangsu province, has been unveiled, providing a quick glimpse into the city's distinctive allure.
From April 14 to 18, the first season of this micro-documentary series will debut on various global media platforms, spotlighting the inheritance of outstanding traditional Chinese culture and the cultural legacy of the Wu region in Jiangnan.
These platforms include the Associated Press, Europa Press, Hungary's national media outlet ATV, Xinhua app, China Culture & Art, Show Jiangsu, Charming Wuxi, and Wuxi Release.
Across the five episodes of the initial season, viewers will explore Wuxi's historical industrial and commercial roots, the emergence of eminent economists, the preservation of dialects and opera traditions, the essence of calligraphy and painting, and the city's commitment to education and literary pursuits.
