The streets of Meili Ancient Town in Wuxi, Jiangsu province were crowded with visitors on Nov 20 as it officially opened to the public with a brand-new look. The area now offers a multitude of entertainment options, including creative cultural products, food and drink, entertainment, shopping, children's amusement and cultural experiences.
As the birthplace of the Wu culture, the town has a history that can be traced back 3,200 years.
